“I've listened to Jason since June of 2011. Just with curiosity at first but as more episodes became available I found myself anticipating the newest episodes and then downloading older ones. Not a real estate investor myself It took a few months to understand certain concepts. Later though, I found most of the answers on his website. There is a wealth of knowledge here and it's not just about RealEstate. Take the time to listen to multiple episodes as there are many gems to be heard. Since June I jumped in and have offers in on two short sales. Im becoming an a tive investor and feel much more control knowing exactly how my property investments will perform and the returns i can expect Also. I highly recommend the PROPERTY EVALUATOR app which Jason uses on his property segment of the website to evaluate property purchases. And, if u purchase property consider the PROPERTY TRACKER as well. It makes record keeping, property comparison, and tax considerations much more detailed and easy to manage.
