“Gotta admit, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to learning by audio. My eyes sort of glaze over if I listen to my iPod too long. That's why I was glad to see Jason Hartman come out with a video podcast of Creating Wealth. It's shorter, punchier, and has graphs and charts to look at while I'm focusing. He claims that his approach is a “no hype” investment approach and, so far, it seems like he's telling the truth. I love real estate but hate the way most “gurus” try to sell their program to me. I really think I could learn more free from his podcasts and website than paying a few thousand dollars to some of those late night guys. Sorry, I'm an insomniac.
