“I check in for almost every pod and they’re always an interesting listen and very insightful and practical for the day to day function of account managers.
I really enjoyed the most recent pod with Robert Solomon.
In fact, I shared this not only with my wider account management team, but also the MD (an ex-creative), the creative director and design director and said "listen to this this!" -
I think it was really useful for them to hear and get a better feel for the true value of great account managers.
When the world (from my view at least) heads more and more towards account managers serving this hybrid role of project management AND relationship building, as it says on the pod, something's gotta give.
