On July 14th, 2019, 17 year old Bianca Devins was murdered by 21 year old Brandon Andrew Clark, a man she had met on Instagram and was in some kind of relationship with. A family in North Carolina is left devastated when masked men entered their home in the middle of the night and assaulted them, stealing items and a car from the home.
