I used to really love this podcast
I struggled with what to say in this review. Let me start by acknowledging what I appreciate: Stephanie is a prolific researcher, and I learn more about cases from this podcast than almost any other. Derrick’s perspective from his law enforcement experience is also invaluable. That said, I’ve reached a point where I find it difficult to listen to. While I often agree with Stephanie’s viewpoints, her storytelling is extremely biased, and she repeatedly argues her perspective in a condescending manner. It sometimes feels as though she can’t tolerate differing opinions, often reiterating her stance to convince Derrick and, by extension, the listeners. I respect that podcasters have the freedom to express their views, but the way it’s presented here can make for a less than enjoyable listening experience. I didn’t even finish this episode.
