Obviously, if I am rating a podcast about a podcast, then I have a serious crush on the latter podcast. In fact, it is likely that I either have another crush on the former podcast or I need to kill it with all of the hate and vitriol that I can throw into the internetz. Luckily for all of us, I love the former and the latter, and that is why I want more Rebecca, Kevin, Lara, and Toby (Tobey? please forgive my ineptitude for the misspelling).
As the world's least famous amateur detective, I appreciate the way y'all break down the elements of both the crime and the environment surrounding it (bonus points for having a hostess who has interviewed an actual psychopath!) as well as the literary or storytelling elements. In a way you help me understand why Serial is so fascinating - because we are delving into the darkest corners of the human psyche and being led down that path by a true master of her craft.”Read full review »
