Keep the stories coming!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and I appreciate how each episodes seems so well researched and full of details & how the hosts are very likable, but I was disappointed in the Dru Sjodin case. I get it. She was looking down at her phone. It is great to pay attention & I will, but I won’t think of her as a way to remember not to look down at my phone to avoid peril. She was a beautiful, young girl full of potential. That’s how she should be remembered. I’m tired of women basically being blamed for their attacks. We should be able to lose ourselves in the moment & smile at texts from our boyfriends, friends, family etc. without worrying that someone is targeting us. Stop telling women to avoid getting hurt and start telling men to just leave us alone. Dru wasn’t being reckless texting and driving or anything. She was just enjoying her life. Thank you for covering these cases over the years. I will continue to listen because I am a survivor of violent crime myself & it is very cathartic, but I had to voice my frustration. 😔💔

The stories are good ones. I’ve heard many of them covered on other true crime podcasts. The problem is is the storytelling. It’s terrible. You simply cannot follow. They’re all over the place. Don’t even waste your time.

Not to be petty, but heinous pronounced hay-nuss, not hay-nee-us. I was so distracted by that, I had a hard time listening.
