Love but one problem repeatedly
I want to start off by saying I really enjoy these podcasts hence is why I subscribed to this podcast. The problem I am seeing is that the hosts of this show always say how important it is to not spread false information however there is a theme of blaming law enforcement being incompetent however you don’t hear direct quotes from law enforcement on these shows so it feels a little bit like hear say and spinning a narrative. I won’t say that it’s not true on some cases but it feels like 80% or more of these podcasts are really throwing dirt on law enforcement. Which we know a few things about how law enforcement conducts investigations, if the case is still on going they will not release all information not only to the media but to the families as well to protect important evidence to the case, secondly when it comes to the issues with the DOJ and indigenous women we all know that the red tape is extra thick when dealing with tribal law, maybe instead of throwing dirt on local authorities for that maybe throw dirt on the strict tribal laws. I love the stories, I love the format but it’s frustrating hearing dirt thrown on law enforcement without proof that they have “failed”. The story where the gentleman was buried alive, the law enforcement agency failed them yes, but we know this because this came from a witness not a third party host just asking us to take their word for it.
