Well-intentioned but stifled by dull language
Evidence seems like a good thing, and this professionally- produced podcast obviously supports it. It also makes evidence seem the dullest thing in the world. Guests pepper their comments with terms like “level-setting”, “commoditised”, “sharing back”, “shared vision”, “customer experience”, “engaging with communities”. These seem fine - I’ve been head of customer experience for a company! - but there’s just too many of these and not enough of anything less abstract. I unsubscribed after a few weeks.

This podcast is a gem! The host, Justin Milner, is unique in being able to break down complex policy issues into very understandable chunks. Love the takeaways that he always ends with. I always end the podcast feeling smarter and better informed. I recommend it to all of my friends!
