“Evidence seems like a good thing, and this professionally- produced podcast obviously supports it. It also makes evidence seem the dullest thing in the world. Guests pepper their comments with terms like “level-setting”, “commoditised”, “sharing back”, “shared vision”, “customer experience”, “engaging with communities”. These seem fine - I’ve been head of customer experience for a company! - but there’s just too many of these and not enough of anything less abstract. I unsubscribed after a few weeks.”
