“I think a lot of people have reviewed with their feelings, which is fair, but my gripe is that it seems the host has taken evidence, the only facts in a case, right?, and applied personal feelings and perspectives in the delivery. In that regard, I don’t think it gives both sides a fair chance. If you came into this case with 0 understanding or knowledge, would you be getting the facts both sides are conveying in an unbiased, equal manner? I personally don’t think so, I think it’s slanted against Karen Read. Calling Jen McCabe a fit and attractive mom or whatever he said isn’t objective nor is it a fact, that is plainly his opinion of her which is of course a small example given the weight of the subject matter but I think it quietly shows his feelings towards her, positive. I think the only unbiased descriptions could be “mom of 4 (or however many kids she has), Canton resident, sister in law of Brian Albert” etc. as those are all based in fact, there is no disagreement about her family tree or where she’s from. But that’s not what was said. Where are the third party experts to weigh in? I am open to hearing “the other side” that believes Karen is guilty but I think it’s only fair to give an equal voice to Free Karen Read supporters. I think it’s worth looking into the host as well before making a determination about the podcast’s facts and validity, just a note. I don’t know what could possibly be disagreed with by an anti-Karen Read person in this review if we’re actually talking facts and evidence. Go read the Vanity Fair article instead if you’re looking for the facts plainly portrayed in an easy to follow manner.”
