“Emma has a brilliant array of guests and I like her taste! But I feel like she spends half the podcast guest pleasing etc. and the rest on sadly quite surface level questions/observations. Yes it’s an informal style, and a chat, but could the charm offensive be replaced with more considered and thoughtful conversation and getting a bit deeper? I feel like with the line up of guests there’s just so much more scope and potential.”
