Uneven and still finding itself
Sometimes this chatshow does manage to get to the heart of cultural matters, but often seems to digress into other weird topics. They spend a lot of time veering onto political topics. I get the feeling that they want to express the zeitgeist, but they often seem to miss the mark. They would be better off if they picked a cultural milestone: a TV show, a movie, an art exhibit or a new album (even one that is great, rather than popular) and discuss how that both shapes and reflects the larger culture.
