Description
In this episode we're up in Edinburgh at The Scotsman, an iconic building that once housed its namesake, Scotland's primary newspaper.
From the 200 year old printing press to the 'reporter', 'publisher' and 'headline' rooms, the past is kept firmly alive within these wood panelled walls but a recent restoration has brought a fresh luxury to the space.
It was such a pleasure to welcome the hotel's General Manager, Jan Coskun, to the podcast and hear all about this space's fascinating history.
Tune in for a taste of Edinburgh wherever you are in the world.
