“I got into health and nutrition podcasts about 2 months ago and got really sucked in. It’s a fascinating subject and a lot of people are cashing in on people’s interest. Unfortunately, it seems a lot of people are cashing in irresponsibly and unprofessionally. I started growing tired of listening to all the major casts promoting the same trends and diet fads and wanted to find more evidence and research-based nutrition content. I found Food for Fitness and really enjoyed that pod, especially the episode Wolrich was featured in. Then I found this pod yesterday and I listened through every episode in one day at work. I really appreciate this content and your efforts to bring reason, facts, and evidence back into all the nutrition craze and hysteria. I’ll be listening to everything you guys put out, please continue making this content!
