Incredibly Informative
I’ve always been very interested in health and nutrition and have spent a lot of time wondering about some claims being made in the healthy living blogosphere. I have a PhD in Chemistry, and have experience in how pre clinical and clinical trials work. I can read medical research. So I knew better than to believe that most of these claims are bogus, I just didn’t have the full nutritional background to understand the nuances. THANK YOU for such an incredibly informative resource. I just finished episode 2 and got so excited to have the science broken down like it an understandable way, but also proving why you can’t have the Average Joe (or Average MD) read an abstract and make simple conclusions.
