Me and my partner went through our losses recently as we lost both of our twins. Our daughter on the day they were born due to Edward’s syndrome and our son 3 weeks after due to delayed onset group B strep which also caused sepsis. I would suggest this to anyone who has been through or knows...Read full review »

I’ve listened to this since losing our son when I was 21 weeks pregnant, but since recommending it to my partner, he also listens the episodes on his way to work. They’ve massively helped him (and me, hearing it from a Dads perspective), so thank you guys!

Just amazing… he doesn’t give many interviews so well done on getting him on. Keeping everything crossed that we’ll get to meet him in person soon.

Thanks to you both (and the wonderful Emma) for tackling the difficult subject of TFMR with such compassion and kindness. Having been through the heartbreak of TFMR late last year it was encouraging to hear you say we are all one big family whatever the type of child loss we have experienced -...Read full review »

For baby loss parents or family / friends of baby loss parents. An extra therapy tool which I think has helped me massively, thank you for creating this podcast

Thanks for your episode on TFMR, as someone who has made this impossible decision, it’s important to raise awareness.

I started listening to this podcast in an effort to better understand a male (ie my husband’s) grief. I quickly binged half of season 1 and harassed my husband into listening. It’s so refreshing and unique to hear a Dad’s perspective on loss but also to hear of the differences and similarities in...Read full review »

It’s tough to get anyone to speak to about this stuff. This podcast has been my little bit of therapy

This podcast achieves more than the guys realise, simply covering certain topic areas that a bereaved parent can relate to, will be helpful mentally and otherwise for anyone listening. Top work and please carry on!

After losing my baby girl in January of 2022 I was extremely lost. Matt and Liam opened my eyes that I was not alone. Listening to their stories and words of advice I have begun to embrace my emotions. While I have just begun my journey I have hope for the first time since January that I will be...Read full review »

After our son at 37weeks on the 24th Feb 2022 I felt like I had nowhere to go and there wasn’t any support for Dad’s. My wife was told about this podcast from a petals councillor and I have been chain listening to them. The podcast is perfect for helping you learn how to talk about your child and...Read full review »

This podcast is one of the most helpful things I’ve used to help me understand what’s happened. Whether you’re on day one of your journey or 5 years in. The tips, advice and help are worth every minute of your time. Pop it on in your car whilst you’re on a drive, listen and take yourself on a...Read full review »

I’ve only just started my grieving process, but have already found some kind of solace in the first three episodes that I’ve listened to so far. We just lost our first child last week (he was born very prematurely and left this life at 12 days old). It’s comforting to hear from two parents...Read full review »

As a grandparent of a baby that died, I didn’t realise how amazing this podcast would be for me. It’s not aimed at me or my husband but it has meant that we have more of an understanding of what our son and daughter-in-law have been through. I really would recommend this. It’s funny at times...Read full review »

My wife told me to give the podcast a listen and I wasn’t too sure initially. I have to say it is brilliant and so helpful, I really have enjoyed (although that doesn’t seem like the right word) every episode about really difficult subject matter.

I’ve lost two babies 1 this year and one in 2020 and this podcast helped tremendously. They are real and authentic. They give good advice and it’s nice to hear Dads talk about this. I would highly recommend it.

As a recently bereaved father whose daughter was born sleeping this summer, I’ve found this podcast a huge help. A lot of the support and information out there is for women, for obvious reasons, and their partners are unusually mentioned in terms like “being strong” and “had to return to work”....Read full review »
