Exactly What I Needed
I have been listening to the 10-15 daily versions for several weeks and it has been life altering in a very positive way. I listen twice each day, one while meditating and once as I fall asleep. The impact has convinced me to move to the 30-minute sessions.

ADS!!
The most relaxing voice and there are some long really relaxing meditations, and I love that the music continues for a long time after the voice stops. However, now I think the whole episode is mostly a long ad for herbal teas... :( what a waste of a great podcast.
