Excellent Resource
Whether you’re just starting out exploring meditation techniques or you’re a practiced meditator, Mary Meckley’s daily meditation podcast will be a good resource to add to your list. The goal of each 15-20 minute session is is to guide you to the point where you can then meditate on your own. Each week is organized around a key theme/topic and each day is dedicated to different techniques to help improve focus, clarity, and self-study. The private Facebook group for this podcast is a safe place to get/share more related resources for your meditation practice. And, of course, Mary’s voice, her approach, and her caring, supportive attitude make this one of the best such podcasts out there. Thanks, Mary.
