“Quarterly review after the 1st few months from a podcast purist and Longtime listener from 1050 to 957 to Podcast/youtube:
Damon, you’re not a yes man and you trained your audience not to be yes men so I gotta give you some honest feedback.
1: The sip of the day isn’t translating well to the podcast format. At all… to the point I have to say its Cringe, and I never use that word. In audio only, Its a lot of slurping sounds and then joking about slurping. Consider using some editing tools and a bit of post production work to clean that up. It must only play well for the visual audience.
2: I was excited when you announced that you were going to engage less with the youtube chatters, but your kind of reneging on that. Podcast purists don't need all the banter. Again, maybe some post production work to clean that up?
3: Less shots at gRant Con. I love a good shot at him every now and then but its getting to be a bit much, and its dwelling on some pretty bad vibes.
4: Love the 49ers wake up, post game, and all of your takes are as spot on as they have ever been.
