“I’m a fan of audiochuck shows, but the monotone delivery of every episode I’ve listened to of this show is just…well, it’s not up to par, to put it kindly.
I keep waiting for the climax, the point where the tension is just too much, but it never comes because you can never tell from the host’s delivery.
Does the host pre-read the cases? Maybe doing that would help her identify the cues to follow for each story. Help her with delivering the narrative using the correct pace and tone. It would make for a more compelling podcast.”
