No harmony between narration and surrounding sounds
Honestly, I love everything horror. When I read the description of this podcast I was excited, I love the listening experience of everything surrounding you, so I played one of the recently released episodes. Started good but by the end of the episode, I had to be playing with the volume key on my phone. The screams and just wayyyy too loud and it hurt my ears because unfortunately, AirPods are too good at their job. When the narrator came back to speak, I had to put the volume up to understand what he was saying. It was constantly up and down up and down and up to now I didn’t know how annoying that was. I want to be able to put my phone away and enjoy the story without having to play DJ. I read some reviews and now I’ll try the first season (seems to be great).

Fresh, unnerving stories. Consistently wonderful performances. Flawless production. Quite possibly my new favorite show. Well done!
