So I’m a big fan of LeVar Burton and Kristen Bell. However, the many weaknesses of this podcast make it difficult to listen to. The thing with murder mysteries is that they should be entertaining. You either write sympathetic characters so you care about who might be the victims or murderer, or you have some humor or suspense to keep you engaged between murders. Deadly Manners is, unfortunately, quite leaden in its script. I don’t care about anybody here, and it’s not funny at all, so I don’t care about anything that happens. It’s just waiting to hear about the next grisly homicide. These are much of the weaknesses that made me unsubscribe from the Darkest Night podcast, who produced this podcast as well. I just stopped caring.

Over-acted and written with every cliché imaginable. It's clear they're banking on star power saving this. Really not worth the time.Read full review »

This show is perfectly cast! It’s meant to be cheesy and stereotypical, that’s what I love about it! Everyone loves a good old fashion murder mystery! Looking forward to more episodes.
