Beautiful Narration
This is a terribly sad story but such an important topic that needs to be talked about more. Alana is the person so many of us should strive to be. Joyce, please be proud in all you did to try and save her. It’s so scary how adults can influence our children and not have to take responsibility or culpability in their behavior. Sadly my experience with Catholicism also includes a lot of shame. It was so freeing to walk away and not look back.

i’m finally three episodes in and hooked. if you come from a religious background you’ll love this. the host is super amazing too, i feel like we would be bffs. he paints a great picture.
