“This series has been so informative and educational. I feel a lot of what you are saying applies to children in general, not just Hollywood and Child Stars. Autonomy, advocating for yourself, and developing an identity is so important for children. The power and control that adults have over a child can be so easily abused.
I think it’s easy for people outside of this industry to just blame “bad parents” or “Wild children” without really reflecting on what’s actually happening.”
