Applied therapy— for listeners too
I have learned about my internal self and seen others from a new perspective by listening to dear therapists. I’m sure a lot goes on before we hear these episodes including vetting and editing, but the result is still substantive and revelatory. I like the go-forth actions and the feedback from the person a few weeks later. A chance to apply what they’ve learned. A lot of bravery on the part of participants. Great podcast. Thanks.

More reviews of Dear Therapists with Lori Gottlieb and Guy Winch
This is like listening to magic and soaking up healing. It’s incredible to be able to witness actual transformation and lightbulb moments for the guests on this show. I admire how Guy and Lori can call out hard truths while still showing so much grace respect for their guests’ dignity.

As a therapist and mainly a human being, I really enjoy how Guy and Lori are able to connect with so many people. Their insights are really good and can be applied in multiple settings.

Great podcast for therapists and clients. A relatable, honest and interesting look at relationships. Only downside is the amount of adverts.
