Great conversation but not super deep
I came from where do we begin as I love the other therapist session style podcasts that have emerged as a result. Personally I didn’t find dear Therapists as deep or engaging but it is a new podcast and that may be personal preference. I prefer to get into the deep stuff from the outset so I won’t be listening further but admire the speakers and their work greatly

I thought this was going to be another podcast featuring therapists who encouraged people to be selfish and self-centered. Instead, I found a therapy couple who encourages and teaches people to truly see from one another’s perspectives and to honor the people in their lives. SO refreshing!
