This podcast is excellent. I love the way each episode illustrates a psychotherapeutic technique, a concept, or a common blindspot that most people have. The podcast so beautifully demonstrates the power of a psychotherapy session- how people can move forward, past obstacles that seemed impassable, or see their own process clearly, when it used to be opaque. And somehow, it manages to be entertaining as well. I eagerly await each new episode.
