A fascinating podcast for meditators of all levels
Michael and his guests go into the deepest ends of meditation practice / theory and spirituality, while explaining and framing their conversations in such a way that it's often valuable for novice meditators as well. I encountered some serious mental health issues through my practice, which is a risk that I'd never heard discussed until I came across his discussions with Shinzen. It was an incredible solace to hear advanced practitioners speaking frankly about the dark side of meditation, and most importantly, how to progress through it safely. The breadth of ideas presented in the podcast never ceases to inspire me and my practice - every episode introduces a novel idea or framework of thought to chew on and explore! Just pick a few past guests or discussion topics that you'd enjoy and give it a shot.Read full review »
