One of my fav pods !
I’m listening to this podcast for many many episodes, I’ve been a lifelong Blue Jays fan meaning I’ve been alive since exhibition Stadium days. I know the perception and the criticism about Mike out there, and I always kind of ignored it and thought his baseball knowledge and access to the Blue Jays players and coaches was proof that that stuff was not all true. I recently got a job with the Toronto Blue Jays and cross paths with Wilner in the hallways before a game. I’m friendly with everybody and I greet everybody. I said “hi enjoy the game” and he looks straight ahead, didn’t even acknowledge me. Grumbled something as we cross paths and didn’t even look in my direction as he said it. I’ve seen his recent tweets, calling out other fans, swearwords, and being very verbally confrontational, which I personally do not believe is necessary as a public figure no matter who tweets at you this behaviour is very Stroman like which we all know we don’t like . I’m starting to wonder if the criticism and the comments about him are based on some truth because as the same goes, be nice to everybody you never know who you’re sitting next to. I do believe his character was shown. And I will be unsubscribing.

I’m very glad to have found this podcast. Mike Wilner’s radio presence was a large part of my teenage and young adult years getting into baseball. His level-headed and informed approach to baseball, etc., are rivalled only by Ross Stripling — another great reason to check out this show. Thank you...Read full review »

Really enjoy the baseball talk…intelligent interviews with not only Blue Jays players. Great company on my Sunday morning runs!
