Good but not great
Lots to like about this podcast and Mike’s a familiar voice on the jays. The interviews are good and there’s insightful content but there are a couple of things that are irritating- firstly episodes tends to be a bit too long and that’s often due to Mike’s monologues which aren’t as engaging and while I understand the need to maintain access some of the questions are a bit soft - I know Mike is a sharp mind on the game so asking the manager how he does his job so well sells everyone short. Ultimately I’d be happier if Mike was still in the booth with Ben, but it feels like he’s still adapting to the new format

Great to hear Mike Wilner on the ‘radio’ again! I’ve missed listening to him during after Blue Jays games and just came across this podcast after reading your column in the star. Looking forward to hearing more of you Mike!!

This show can be entertaining at times if you can get past Wilner’s smug ‘know it all’ rudeness. However there isn’t anything here that you can’t find listening to your local sports radio station, and in the end, Wilner remains a bush league host at best. Pass on this one folks.
