new perspectives at the right time
I found these guys via Kotaku Splitscreen a few months ago, as I'm sure many listeners have. What I didn't realize was how much this podcast would motivate me to pursue my passion. Tim and Brett both clearly love what they do, and are able to articulate and communicate their passion about classic games and their often arduous development in this smart (and frequently funny) podcast. I've loved video games since I was six but only lately have thought about what they mean to me and how I interact with them as an adult- these guys speak about the medium in ways that make me understand what it's like to really dive deep into the good, bad, and just plain strange world of game development. Kudos, and looking forward to more.Read full review »
