Hard work with a few laughs
Some good acting and a great concept for this series. But it is let down by being too dry for the most part. Dexter's character is irritating, intentionally so, but it makes for a podcast with little reprieve. Some episodes plot lines were pretty weak and relied on the same storyline too much (e.g. his romantic attraction to another thought leader which whole episodes were dedicated to). If there was just a touch more subtlety and it had a few more storylines worked into it, the podcast would be genuinely a class act. A promising start for Dexter Guff's character.
