“I recently just finished rewatching Twin Peaks in anticipation of the new season in May, and this podcast has been such a good companion along the way. The hosts are so joyous and knowledgeable as they discuss the show, and I love the way they reveal some of the magical and philosophical layers of the show that aren't immediately apparent (even after watching through several times). It's hard to pick a favorite topic, but James' Wild Ride might be mine -- I can't tell you how many times I cackled on my commute to work while listening to that portion of the podcast!
Another favorite: the hosts' utter bewilderment with creamed corn. As someone who was born and raised in the heart of American corn country, I can confirm that creamed corn IS something you do to corn when you have too much of it, and I tend to prefer it in a casserole or something, not as a side dish. Sometimes it's okay on its own, but too often it's just watery and weirdly sweet. I love corn as much as the next Hoosier (my favorite? Corn ice cream, SO GOOD), but creamed corn is generally something to be avoided. :P
Keep up the amazing work, and can't wait to see where the podcast goes after season two!
