Phase One Comics and Games is a (le gasp) comics and game store in Tomball, Texas that graciously let us record some podcast intros for our Indy PopCon Interview Series. We felt it only right to talk to one of the store’s proprietors about what they’re doing to be a unique shop in the midst of a sea of other shops in the greater Houston metropolis.

If you don’t already know, we are Kickstarter junkies. Back in January, John spotted a dice vault that he couldn’t pass-up, even though it was intended for use with a game we don’t play – Dice Masters. Unfortunately, it didn’t fund, but the creator, Complete Craftworks, was kind enough to send us one for review!
