Unlistenable unfortunately. The narration style distracts from the subject.
The male host and female host take turns emotionlessly reading every sentence. So one sentence is mechanically read by the man. The next sentence is read by the women. The next by the man. Then the next by the woman. The awkward arhythmic sing-song effect this gives is utterly distracting. If sounds could makes person seasick, this podcast would have me reaching for the Dramamine. It’s really too bad. The subject matter and writing seem like they’d be awesome.

More reviews of Dictators
I want the story of Mussolini, not your ideology. You lost me at “toxic masculinity.” Masculinity is not toxic. It built the world you enjoy now and shouldn’t be used in the same sentence as a dictator like Mussolini. Also, your voices aren’t enjoyable to hear.
