Triggering
Have to agree with another commenter that this triggered some body image and disordered eating issues for me as well. Hearing foods or eating styles described as “bad” as well as such a negative focus on bodies and eating patterns triggered these issues for me. I was disappointed because I generally LOVE the Betches- I follow two other of their podcasts and read the website on a weekly basis. Had to unsubscribe to this one though because it’s not worth the hit to my mental health. Hope they figure out a way to make this a more positive space 👍🏼

I really love what they have to say, however, I do not want to hear what both of them have to say simultaneously. More listening and less shouting over each other and the guest. Christ, I needed 400mg of ibuprofen and a cigarette after the most recent episode.
