“I’ve been a listener since Sami & Aleen first had the Keto Guido on—and I always appreciated the diverse conversation, non-bias and evolution that both the experts and S&A brought to the show. That being said and I’m sure the current hosts are doing their best, yet Remi & Emily primarily speak using their opinions, and experts are rarely featured anymore. The conversation often sounds hypothetical and uneducated. I understand this is not a medical podcast, but some of it is fairly frightening and the Betches hold higher quality than this! I still subscribe for Back for Seconds episodes — but this may need to change as I can get my S&A doses from Betches. Thank you for trying to make it work for as long as you have !”
