Relatable, but not in the best way
Sami & Aileen say what we are all thinking in this world of “fitness/health/wellness Influencers.” They’re hilarious and honest, but possibly at a cost. Their unstable relationship with food & working out is VERY relatable for someone who lives with disordered eating.

I love betches content and wanted to love this podcast but they laugh at themselves way too much, it’s so hard to even keep track of what they’re saying.
