Horrible
Let me start out by saying I love the betches content! I’m a huge supporter of betchslappped and U UP but this podcast is HORRIBLE. Aleen and Sami are the perfect example of slaves to the diet industry. Neither of them know anything about nutrition or wellness. Both were clearly raised with a lot fat phobia in their family and have had bad eating habits since childhood. This podcast is extremely triggering for those recovering from an eating disorder. Their restrictive relationship with food and exercise deeply saddens me. Within the first few minutes they talk about how they’re craving sugar but not allowing themselves to have it. Have fun binge eating and regaining all the weight back! How about intuitive eating and body acceptance? You’re basically telling the listeners that you have to be miserable to be skinny and skinny is superior. This is a miserable way to live your life and I can’t believe you’re feeding this information to young, impressionable viewers. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Wow, you should be ashamed. Please think about the consequences and reconsider your message.

Thank you Betches for making a podcast that I can relate to so well! I wish this came out more than once a week.

I love this podcast and the betches. They are so funny and share really helpful dieting and workout tips. Anyone who rates this podcast poorly is clearly taking it too seriously. The betches said at the beginning they know they aren’t experts they are just sharing their own personal experience....Read full review »

Really want to like it cause I love the betches but it’s just too sarcastic and just too much about jokes and self deprecating.
