“I enjoy most betches content and I understand that this podcast isn’t meant to be educational in terms of health/weight loss. However, it can be really hard to listen to the things Sami and Aleen say when much of it is wrong. Saying two pieces of toast is a “big breakfast” could be dangerous to some listeners. Two pieces of Ezekiel toast is 30g of carbs typically, that is not extravagant the way Sami insinuated. The Keto episode with Vinny was particularly painful. I acknowledge that no one should be naive enough to take health advice from a reality star but still. His continual terming of “healthy” and “unhealthy” to different foods was concerning. There should’ve been some sort of disclaimer so naive girls don’t buy into this as the sole truth. Also, the laughing and overuse of “like” can be distracting but as a millennial I can’t say I’m not the best with avoiding “like” in conversation either. I will continue to listen and am looking forward to hearing from the nutritionist in the next episode. I just think the hosts should really take to heart what many of these reviews are saying about the show and perhaps learn more about the science of fat loss and exercise.”
