“Great, now they’re on the Keto Cult Train. I’m sorry, there are a lot of good things to take away from Keto (pushes whole food, stay away from ADDED sugar), but I refuse to believe that a diet that says Apples and Bananas are unhealthy, but also proliferates the mentality that “Bacon is a health-food” is healthy in the long run. Take added sugar from your diet, but fruit is not the enemy.”
