“This podcast is alright to me, but there are certain things about it that have gotten under my skin. Like other people have said, the hosts need to let people answer them! They’ll ask their guest a question, and then immediately start talking to each other over them and start giggling to themselves. Also, their episode from 5/13/2018 was so annoying to me as someone who follows a keto diet and has done the Whole30, mainly because I felt their guest was severely misinformed about both. They were criticizing the Whole30 because “What about day 31?” Uh, the program TELLS YOU what to do after the 30 days is over. It just proved to me they truly hadn’t even looked into it to really talk about it. Also, nutritional ketosis doesn’t take 3-6 weeks to enter, it most certainly is sustainable, and you can easily avoid the keto flu by upping your intake of water and electrolytes during the first few days of limiting carbs. Listening to them talk about it just felt like hearing them regurgitating whatever negative information they’d already heard about it without actually looking into more research on their own. I really want to like this podcast because it has its fun moments, but I won’t continue listening if they and their guests don’t actually start researching what they’re talking about.”
