I found myself irrationally and unfairly critical of this podcast initially. A GREAT podcast
I stumblwd across this podcast recently and it just excellent. I really like the presentation style of the host aling with the depth of detail. I also deeply respect how open the host is regarding mental health. This is fascinating podcast and i highly rate it
