Realistic, no nonsense weight loss advice from someone who has been there!
Let’s face it, the adorable fitness influencers who tell you that you can eat ten cups of strawberries instead of a peanut butter cup have no idea what it’s like to need to lose a massive amount of weight. You can have all of the book knowledge of eating right, but unless you have ACTUALLY been there, you will never know what it really takes to lose that amount of weight and keep it off, because it’s NOT about the food! Charlotte has been there. Her no nonsense approach to losing weight is understandable, relatable, but most importantly, SUSTAINABLE! She isn’t going to tell you to spend hours at the gym, or give up your favorite foods. She understands that there is a HUGE difference between someone who needs to lose ten pounds and someone who needs to lose 200 pounds. They cannot be approached the same way, and Charlotte knows how to approach what seems to be impossible to people who are facing it.
