Hypocritical.
They applaud him for his diversity of thought in communist China but hate him because he also adds to the diversity of thought in America?! Do the hosts of this show not see the irony in hating this guy because he doesn’t think like they do?! That’s WHY HE LEFT CHINA. Because the Chinese government hated it as well. The communist government. The left is nothing more than a communist Chinese government parading around in the US making podcasts about heroes who aren’t actually heroes because they don’t think like them. Are the hosts okay?!? They only accept you and like you IF YOU THINK LIKE THEM. He knows what side actually champions diversity of thought and freedom and it’s not the left.

This is too complex a story for a ‘pod-save-the-world’ perspective of the experiences of oppression. Dear god, speak to an expert (lived-experience or someone who has studied the subject). Enough with using the American lens to understand the world and other people’s experiences
