Description
Welcome, welcome, welcome to the Distraction Pieces Podcast with Scroobius Pip!
This week Pip is joined by the excellent actor and long overdue guest ANDREW ELLIS!
Long overdue in many ways, but directly as Pip gradually ticks off the cast of the This Is England on his database... Also of course, as mentioned in this episode, with Stephen Graham being the spiritual godfather of this podcast, it all makes infinite sense. Andrew has been putting in the work over the years and has kind of grown up on both sides of the camera, with a perfect loop of life feeding the art and art feeding life in a balance that has taken a while to achieve. So it's great to hear things are in a nice spot, as well hearing about the past dalliances with podcasting (Overrated Everything), parent life, the said importance of living a life off screen, and his many roles stemming from Gadget in This Is England. He has a bunch of work in the pipeline, including 'The Walk-In' (mentioned in the episode - in case you heard it as "the walking"!), so keep an eye open for all those - but in the meantime, enjoy the present, as Andrew joins in the fun. Enjoy!
