Wendy is one of the most knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Going further than this she explores the knowledge of others too and her contributors are some of the best and most focused specialists in their niches. Wendy really understands the mind body connection and everything she says she delivers with precision as well as an understanding that everybody and every body is unique and individual and responds to certain stimuli in different ways.When you listen to this podcast you are listening to ways to become more self caring and learn how to implement food practices that will not only help you achieve much more stable and time effective routines but will in turn help your long term mental health too. Also it’s just lovely to hear her guests’ life stories too! Some are funny, some are heartwarming, and many of them help you to understand why they became specialists in their respective fields.

This is a great podcast, Wendy’s friendly style explores big issues in a very approachable way. I particularly loved the episode asking what we want to keep after lockdown. Daily walks along the canal, afternoon trips to the park with my kids and home cooked dhal are on my list!

I absolutely love Wendy’s style on the podcast. Packed with thoughts and stories! It’s so nice to dispel some of the myths and issues around food and diet. Can’t wait to hear more interviews and stories. Love the clear passion that Wendy has for the subject too!
