Great content, mixed technical quality.
Still sorting out Dan from Will. But Will (I think) records from his office on speaker phone, or at least that is the audio result. Maybe this is a plot by Dan to undermine Will’s arguments by making him unintelligibly audible, or audibly unintelligible. To conclude: Let’s go out and buy him better bandwidth, a quality mic, and insist he not record in a lavatory.

Many of the other Supreme Court podcasts are one-sided perspectives. If you care about the substance of the matters, and don’t want to be simply propagandized to, this is the best I’ve found.
