A Model for Debates
I’m not a lawyer but am fascinated by Constitutional debates as unfortunately the courts are the last functioning branch of Government. Messr’s Baude & Epps are a model of respectful and nuanced debate. While not the most substantive issue - the back and forth about Judicial behaviours involving family members is so unlike other partisan fact-free debates. Law is complex given changing fact patterns and I am fascinated when experts can argue against their priors or change their views based on well reasoned arguments. More of this please.

I'm giving five stars because I do think Epps and Baude put on a good show, and when they discuss actual law it's the best law podcast around.
