If you believe accepting millions in gifts from Republicans billionaire donors is not an ethical and judgement lapse, then this is the SCOTUS opinion podcast for you. Listening to a legal scholar who has no problem with that is a little too hard for me to take serious. I actually used to like this podcast. It’s very disappointing

Dan and Will are refreshingly frank and their conversations are largely free from hyperbole and strawmen. This is probably my favorite legal podcast. Will and Dan are both intellectually honest and forthcoming with their opinions. One suggestion: It would be cool if, during each episode, Will and Dan each recommended an article or book on a conlaw, admin law, fed courts, etc. topic.
